Healing Workshops for Rapid Response Network Volunteers (Sign-Ups)

We want to thank you for you what you are doing for our communities. These workshops are exclusively for rapid response network leaders and volunteers, and serve as a way to help you take care of yourself while you take care of others.

These free, one-time 1.5-hour workshops are designed specifically for rapid response network volunteers and leaders who are often the first on the ground when ICE activity is reported. Many of you are balancing full-time jobs and family roles, and still show up for your community in times of crisis. We recognize the emotional weight and urgency that comes with this work, especially when your own families and communities are also impacted by deportation threats and ICE violence.

These educational workshops are created to support you—the social justice-oriented individuals doing critical, often invisible labor. Each session will offer insight into mental health awareness, coping strategies, and tools for navigating stress, somatic symptoms, and emotional exhaustion in the face of ongoing injustice.

Please note: These workshops are not clinical psychotherapy services. They are educational in nature and are not intended to replace therapy. The goal is to offer mental health awareness and teach practical, trauma-informed tools.
