Cultural Identities

About Jesus Solorio, LMFT

Movement, Healing & Transformation

I believe healing and transformation aren’t linear, and they don’t look the same for everyone. Whatever brought you here, past trauma, recent stressors, or a life transition. I’m here to walk alongside you in your process.

My work centers building a relationship of trust and authenticity, and I approach you as a whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I’m trauma-informed and strength-based, with an approach deeply grounded in an indigenous worldview and liberation psychology. I draw on narrative approaches and trauma-healing modalities like EMDR, always from a culturally congruent lens — and I bring humor into the work too.

As a bilingual, bicultural son of immigrant parents from Michoacán, Mexico, I understand that identity development, racial and gender-related trauma, and social oppression can weigh heavily. If you’re looking for a therapist who will honor your full self; your history, your culture, your pain, and your strength. I’d be honored to walk with you.
