Refunds Policy

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a product, ticket for event, or course on the LATINX THERAPY  website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

Refund Policy for Directory & Membership

User must accept the cancellation, & refunds and other changes that are given in terms, conditions and policies shown in the company’s provided packages.

Cancellation/Refund Process

To cancel any subscription package users, have to follow the instructions provided in the Latinx Therapy dashboard in your account, or you can mail on me*****@la***********.com  for the support.

Cancellation/Refund Payment will be provided in the same mode, member provided.

Monthly membership payments may be prorated or credit issued for future month when issues with directory last longer than 3 days on the public end. The public end refers to directory listing for the public to find a Latinx Therapist (www.latinxtherapy.com/find).

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Refund Policy for CAMFT CEPA CEUs

Registrants who do not complete their course(s) will not receive a refund. Registrants who purchased the course but did not achieve a passing grade, will not receive a refund.

Requests for refunds for CEUs portion only (this does not include the course) must be in writing (email okay) and received before one week (7 days) prior to the event. A $2 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellation of a paid event, through the cancellation deadline. A $20 charge will be applied to credit card denials.

There will be no refunds on requests received after one week (7 days) prior to the event. Provider will have discretion to issue refunds that do not comply with the policy.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Should provider be unable to present in case of an emergency, provider will provide full refund to all participants through a check in mail, Zelle, Paypal or Stripe and inform them of the cancellation through email and phone (if need be).

FOR E-COURSES, ONLINE CONSULTATIONS, WEBINARS & ALL ONLINE EVENTS

No refunds allowed. Credit for a future course will be provided for online courses/webinars.

Transferring ticket to another individual is allowed:

TRANSFER OF TICKET: The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) 24 hours prior to event at no charge, must email ev****@la***********.com within this window to facilitate the transfer of ticket, with Subject Line: “TICKET TRANSFER: [NAME OF WORKSHOP]”;

For IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a

participant.

If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received two weeks in advance of

the scheduled starting date, the workshop may be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be

notified immediately and receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not

attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:

TRANSFER OF TICKET: The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) 24 hours prior to event at no charge, must email ev****@la***********.com within this window to facilitate the transfer of ticket, with Subject Line: “TICKET TRANSFER: [NAME OF WORKSHOP]”;

If notice is received 14 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered; and

If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

FOR DIGITAL MERCHANDISE

We do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place, we will honor refunds for the following exception:

Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded; download and unzipping issues:

it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason;

FOR PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

No Returns or Exchanges. 

No Cancellations once order is processed. 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT Latinx Therapy, WE CANNOT CONTROL METHOD OF SHIPMENT DELIVERY.
Latinx Therapy is NOT responsible for any STOLEN packages. 


Business Days are MONDAY-FRIDAY.
Shipment Days are THURSDAY and SATURDAY. 
Allow 14 BUSINESS DAYS for shipment delivery.


Unclaimed Packages are non-refundable unless buyer pays a Shipping and Handling fee to resend. Buyer has a week to claim package again after Email confirming Unclaimed Package or order is eliminated. 


If merchandise arrives with damage, you are required to send photo of damaged merch to in**@la***********.com with all your information including order number. You have 24 hours from arrival date to claim damaged items. 


Latinx Therapy is NOT responsible for any lost or undelivered (SENT BACK TO SENDER) packages including “DELIVERED” packages. Please provide the correct shipping address. Please provide a safe address.
