Being born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles has allowed me to navigate the intricate challenges of assimilation and acculturation. My daily inspiration in my therapeutic journey is my community; being able to facilitate a safe space to explore oneself while normalizing the care and importance of mental health despite any negative beliefs and/or misconceptions circulating our community.
