¡Hola! I’m a Latina therapist who’s passionate about creating a compassionate, culturally aware space for healing. My approach blends person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), all tailored to meet you where you are and support you in living a more fulfilling life.
In my practice, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), relationship issues and life transitions. I understand that for many of us, navigating mental health can feel even more complex when cultural expectations, family dynamics, or the challenges of being part of the Latinx community are at play.
