If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or like your reactions are getting the best of you, you’re not alone…and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I help adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional reactivity, and relationship stress develop greater awareness, emotional balance, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, more in control, and more connected to the life you want to lead.
What It’s Like to Work Together
Our sessions are a safe space to slow down, reflect, and get curious…not critical…about what’s going on inside. Whether you’re trying to break old patterns, understand why you feel so reactive in certain situations, or simply want to stop spiraling in your head, I’ll meet you where you are…with care, patience, and curiosity.
My Approach
I draw from interpersonal neurobiology and neuroscience to help you understand how your brain, body, and nervous system are wired by past experiences and how you can gently shift those patterns. We’ll explore how relationships (past and present), stress, and unmet needs might be shaping your emotional responses, and we’ll build tools that help you feel more in control.
What We’ll Work On
Understanding emotional overwhelm and finding steadier ground
Regulating emotions and responding with intention, not impulse
Shifting out of old patterns that no longer help
Moving through trauma, or stress with more self-compassion
Recognizing and reframing shame when it shows up
Communicating in ways that reduce conflict and build connection
My Style
I show up with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I believe deep change is possible when we feel seen and safe. I’ll support you without judgment and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner resilience.
If you’re ready to feel more emotionally balanced and less overwhelmed, I’d be honored to support you.
