I specialize in therapy for high-achieving women navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD in women, depression, perfectionism, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of the women I work with are driven and self-aware, yet feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, overextending, and people-pleasing without feeling fulfilled. In our work together, we focus on understanding these patterns and shifting how you respond to stress, emotions, and relationships—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.
My Approach
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Emotional Intelligence to support anxiety, burnout, and ADHD in women. We look at the full picture—your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of purpose—because when one area feels off, it often impacts everything else. Over time, you’ll learn how to regulate emotions, set boundaries without guilt, communicate more clearly, and move through life with more intention.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in English and Spanish for Latina and Spanish-speaking women navigating anxiety, burnout, cultural identity, and life transitions.
