Hola! I am passionate about fostering healing spaces and comunidad with the goal of creating a more socially-just future. I have extensive experience helping immigrants, children of immigrants, and BIPGM (Black, Indigenous, and People of the Global Majority) reaffirm their personal values and show up with confidence in their communities.
I have ample experience working with clients managing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Through a mixture of tools grounded in cognitive behavioral theory, attachment theory, and the internal family system model, I help clients reach their goals. I also have specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, a therapy that allows me to work with children ages 0-5 years who have experienced trauma. An overarching umbrella that blankets my work is my commitment to exploring how societal forces (e.g. colonization, slavery, racism, poverty, etc.) create the conditions for your mental health.
