Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and major life changes. I will listen, offer guidance, and support you throughout the process.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns while developing practical tools to manage stress and improve daily functioning. I use evidence based approaches including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care.
