I am a Latina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, raised in Los Angeles, with over 15 years of experience in community mental health. I provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where clients can feel understood, respected, and at ease.
I work with individuals, parents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. Many of my clients are balancing family expectations, cultural values, and personal well-being, often while caring for others. In therapy, we explore these experiences with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I believe therapy should move at your pace and be grounded in trust and genuine connection. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” I help clients build awareness, emotional resilience, and practical coping skills that support long-term well-being.
I offer bilingual therapy in English and Spanish, welcoming clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural. Sessions are provided via secure telehealth, allowing flexibility and accessibility from the comfort of your own space.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you as you take steps toward healing, balance, and a more fulfilling life.
