My clinical work is rooted in the belief that healing is most meaningful when it honors a person’s cultural identity, language, and lived experience. Providing psychotherapy, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and personal history. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion, helping clients deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I am passionate about providing care that reflects the values, strengths, and unique challenges of our communities—especially Latino and immigrant families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services.

I offer bilingual (English and Spanish) psychotherapy for individuals navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and generational trauma. My goal is to walk alongside each client with curiosity, respect, and care—honoring your story, your roots, and your resilience.
