I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with seven years of clinical experience and six years in educational settings. I approach therapy from a systems perspective, recognizing not only the individual but the relationships and environments that influence well-being. My goal is to help clients identify healthy relationships and habits that support growth, balance, and lasting change.
Our first therapy session is a collaborative space designed to help you feel heard, respected, and supported. This time is an opportunity for you to share your story at your own pace. We will begin identifying your goals and discussing what feels most important to you.
I value and honor your lived experiences, including the knowledge, strengths, and perspectives shaped by your culture, upbringing, and life journey. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to support growth, healing, & meaningful change.
