Iliamari Vazquez Houston – is an Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is the Owner and Clinical Director at With An Open Heart, LLC. Iliamari has more than 15 years providing guidance in diverse community settings. As a BIPOC member of the community and a BIPOC therapist, Iliamari uses her past experiences to provided a safe and nonjudgemental space for clients to heal. Her expertise is in processing past traumatic events, family issues and generational cycles, anxiety and stress, perinatal/postpartum journeys. She takes a person-centered approach to ensure therapy is a safe experience. Using EMDR, CBT, talk therapy, solution focused, mindfulness and grounding; she personalizes every treatment plan to fit her client’s needs. Iliamari believes that a holistic approach and self care is key because if you aren’t taking care of yourself, you can’t care for others. As an ally and without judgment, she looks forward to working with clients’ through their own healing journey. Iliamari also offers clinical mental health immigration evaluations, and is an approved Board of Arizona Clinical Supervisor.

Britta Kekaula is an Associate Licensed Master Social Worker. She specializes in trauma and violence. She has over 5 years of experience in medical and clinical case management. Britta also has 2 years of in-person and virtual clinical practice.  Britta’s mission is to help individuals and give educated care. She offers safe and supportive care for those committed to taking control of their lives. She helps them make healthier decisions. Britta has been trained in Sand tray, Positive Psychology, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Motivational Interviewing. Her preferred practice is to use a strength-based, trauma-focused talk therapy, and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Britta works best with clients who are 18-30 years of age, 1st Gen clients, BIPOC, and LGBTQA+ clients. Since 2013, Britta has had the privilege of working with clients within a variety of roles and settings. Recently Britta worked as an outpatient licensed therapist at a community health agency with high acuity clients. Brits past experience working with a diverse population and multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary teams allows her to offer quality treatment and individualized care.

Veronica Villarreal is an Associate Licensed Master Social Worker with 11 years of experience working with adults, children and families in various roles within different healthcare settings. She offers a nonjudgmental and supportive space for clients to feel comfortable to process and feel their emotions. Veronica is passionate in helping others to make healthier life decisions and heavily advocates for self-care. Veronica works best with clients who are 18-35 years of age, 1st Gen clients, BIPOC, and LGBTQA+ clients. She brings a solution focused and goal oriented approach to therapy. Veronica specializes in substance use, trauma, crisis de-escalation, life transitions, anxiety and stress. Veronica utilizes a strength-based, person-centered and anti-racism approaches, as well as, incorporates a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) within her trauma informed practice.
