Our experiences shape how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world around us. At times, emotions connected to those experiences can feel overwhelming or difficult to manage. We may express these emotions in ways that are challenging for others to understand or may find themselves relying on intergenerational patterns of responding to conflict. As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you as we identify these patterns together. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood so they can develop the skills to get their needs met.
When experiences go unprocessed, they can contribute to anxiety. I use a relational and psychodynamic approach to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring themselves. I look forward to connecting with you and building a safe space to better understand yourself.Â
