About Veronica Munguia-Guizar, LMFT 148535

Are you seeking healing that goes beyond “coping” and moves toward liberation, authenticity, and joy? Do you value choice and collaboration, not being told what’s “wrong” with you or how you should feel? If so, you’re not alone—and you’re welcome here.

I’m an anti-oppressive therapist who specializes in providing trauma-informed care across diverse communities (BIPOC, LGB, Gender diverse, Neuro divergent). My priority is creating an inclusive, affirming space where you can show up as your authentic self. My therapeutic care is holistic and collaborative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and affirming practices, always guided by your needs, values, and wisdom. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your inner knowing. I believe good therapy is revolutionary—and that healing can be a pathway to true freedom and joy.

If this resonates, I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to see if we’re a good fit and to ask any questions you may have. You deserve care that honors who you are.
