As a therapist, I believe in the innate power each person has to heal themselves and that everyone deserves a safe space where they feel seen, heard, and accepted. For over a decade, I’ve devoted my career to supporting survivors of complex trauma. I work with adults (18+) who are navigating challenges such as trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, migration/acculturation, and the first-generation experience.
As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, my approach is eclectic and deeply personalized. I honor your unique story by considering your strengths, culture, race, religion, sexual orientation, and intersectionality. Additionally, as a certified Reiki practitioner, I incorporate holistic practices, including mindfulness, breathing techniques, somatic therapy, and expressive arts, to foster a comprehensive healing experience.
