I am currently offering telehealth services due to  COVID-19 so that you can tend to your mental health needs from the comfort of your own home. I offer individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to working with anxiety disorders, depression, processing trauma, and life transitions, I specialize in providing mental health services to survivors of Domestic Violence. My goal is to empower you, help you heal, and identify your strengths so that you can make meaningful changes in your life.
