About Trinidad Moran, LCPC

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or are simply navigating the complexities of life. My mission is to provide a space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

I bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based strategies. My approach is collaborative and practical, whether unpacking old patterns, building new coping skills, or creating space to pause and reflect. My goal is that clients never feel alone in the process of healing and self-discovery.

I am a bilingual Spanish speaker and offer both in-person and virtual sessions. My agency is Lu Rocha Counseling Services.
