Phoenix and Thrive, Inc. was created to provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ adults to explore and overcome life’s challenges. My goal in therapy is to help clients connect with themselves, their strengths and resources to create more satisfying lives. I believe life happens and sometimes those happenings can impact the way we love others, ourselves, or even our own life. Regardless of the personal challenge at hand, I want to help my clients find their Inner Phoenix so they can Thrive. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach grounded in humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment theories to help clients arrive to new narratives of themselves and their futures.
