Clients come to my practice looking for a therapist who can get to the root of their problem. I help clients overcome anxiety, manage stress, set boundaries, process unresolved trauma, and improve relationships. I have a nurturing, caring personality which I combine with practical therapeutic solutions. I use tools like Brainspotting, somatic therapy and internal family systems (IFS). The goal of these techniques is to dislodge old patterns and bring the mind and body together so you can experience life with ease. I work with clients who are feeling stuck but have the desire to improve. Clients who are highly motivated to start working on themselves.
