There are times in our lives when we may feel overwhelmed or lost, leaving us feeling stuck or unsure of how to progress. Therapy often sounds daunting as it can carry stigma and judgement, and for that reason I strive to build a solid foundation built on trust and connections with clients. As a therapist, I utilize evidence-based practices and an eclectic approach to assist in creating an environment that is catered to each client. Most importantly, I place great emphasis on incorporating a culturally aware and trauma-informed lens as these are aspects of our lives that have helped shape who we are. Throughout my time as a therapist, I have worked with adults and adolescents who have struggled to manage their day-to-day lives while dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Furthermore, I am fluent in Spanish and have experience working closely with adolescents, adults, and families within the Latinx community. I look forward to working with you and guiding you through the process that is therapy. www.latherapyandcounseling.com Supervised By Elizabeth Reyes, LMFT 10763
