Welcome! Thank you for being here. I’m so excited to get to know you and your nervous system. Here’s a little tiny piece of who I am and my background.

I’m a Latina & First Generation trauma therapist born to Colombian & Guatemalan parents. I know first hand what it’s like to break generational cycles and I want to support you in your journey to do the same.

I am passionate about mind/body practices and firmly believe in addressing mental health issues from a holistic perspective. I believe that nervous system regulation is a lifestyle. As your therapist, I will help you release the traumatic energy that’s been trapped in your body AND I will support you in creating an intentional lifestyle that supports your nervous system.

My main priority in sessions is helping you heal from your trauma so that you can break generational cycles and discover your body’s inner wisdom. When you heal yourself, you heal generations to come.

I aim to create a safe environment in our sessions through a warm, compassionate, and direct approach. I’m the therapist that clients come to when they’re all “talked out”. So if you’re working with me, expect to get to the root of your problems in the first session.

As much as I love challenging clients and taking the work seriously, I also enjoy using humor whenever appropriate. One of my favorite things to do with my clients is connect through laughter! 🙂

PLEASE NOTE: 

• All of my sessions are 90 minutes long.
• You do not need to be local to book a session. Somatic Experiencing sessions are available to anyone living in and outside of the U.S.
• You have the option of meeting online via Zoom or in person in my office in Franklin, MA.
