Tatiana Granados is a licensed therapist who is deeply motivated and inspired by the clients she has the privilege to work with. She is a proud first generation Latina, and her own lived experience informs the way she shows up in the therapy room. with compassion, openness, and respect for each person’s unique journey. Tatiana believes it takes courage to confront yourself and sit with what comes up, and it’s that courage that enables true growth and change. She is passionate about supporting clients in bridging the gap between healing and the question so many ask: “How do I get there?”
Tatiana meets clients where they are and uses a collaborative approach to guide the therapeutic process. She creates a space where clients can come as they are, whether anxious, hopeful, or unsure and reminds them that therapy is not about perfection, but about progress. She asks only two things in return: honesty and a willingness to do the work. With those elements, meaningful growth is always possible.
She currently works as a school social worker, supporting children and families as they navigate special education, crisis, grief, and social emotional learning. This role has given her a deep appreciation for the way childhood experiences shape our lives and has strengthened her belief that healing requires both self awareness and compassion. Before becoming a therapist, Tatiana also worked as a flight attendant, an experience that helped her build adaptability, patience, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
A phrase that guides her work is: “Wherever you go, there you are.” No matter what external circumstances change, we carry ourselves into every new season of life. Therapy provides an opportunity to pause, look inward, and better understand the patterns, strengths, and challenges that we bring with us. By facing ourselves with honesty and kindness, we create space for our true selves to bloom.
Tatiana has extensive experience supporting bicultural individuals navigating the complexities of balancing multiple identities, cultural expectations, and family dynamics. She understands the challenges of moving between different worlds and strives to make therapy a safe place to explore those experiences without judgment. Her work is especially focused on clients who are navigating anxiety, major life transitions, or identity exploration.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness. She adapts her methods to fit the client in front of her as she gets to know each individual. Sessions with Tatiana are relaxed and approachable, often feeling like a conversation with a friend, where reflection and action go hand in hand. Clients can trust that while the space is warm and welcoming, it is also a place where meaningful work gets done.
At the heart of her philosophy is a belief in self determination, the idea that every client is the expert in their own lives and as such, has the right and ability to shape their own path. Tatiana’s role is to walk alongside her clients, offering support, accountability, and encouragement as they work toward a life that feels balanced and authentic. She knows that while growth is not always easy, it is always possible with courage, honesty, and effort.
When she is not in sessions, Tatiana enjoys reading, spending time with her friends, going for walk/runs, and playing golf. If you are ready to take the next step in your therapeutic journey, Tatiana invites you to reach out.
