My treatment approach combines evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of women’s unique challenges in today’s world. I focus on the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, career, educational challenges, life Transitions (motherhood, career changes, divorce, etc. ) and issues related to cultural and gender expectations within society.
