It’s what happens when your mind and body start treating everyday moments, relationships, and decisions like something you need to manage or brace for.
I specialize in the nervous system patterns behind anxiety, anxious attachment, insecure feelings, and relationship reactivity. I help women understand and change the deeper patterns that keep them stuck in overthinking, fear, self-doubt, and reading into things in ways that create more distress. My work blends science-based understanding, somatic and trauma-informed practices, and spiritual/intuitive insight with direct teaching—so you don’t just understand your patterns, you learn how to shift them in real time.
Women work with me to regulate without shutting down, respond instead of react, and rebuild trust in their own perception, decisions, and relationships.
I’m warm, but I’m also direct. I don’t offer traditional talk therapy that stays in insight alone—I actively guide and teach so the patterns driving your anxiety and relationship distress actually change in your daily life.
** To ensure clients receive the right level of support, I am unable to accept or continue treatment with clients who are currently experiencing active/passive suicidal ideation with safety risk, severe depression in crisis, or other acute psychiatric instability. My practice is a virtual private practice designed for ongoing, non-crisis care, so I’m not able to provide the level of support needed for emergency situations or acute mental health crises. **
