About

I am Suseth Fonseca, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) fluent in both English and Spanish. I earned my bachelor's degree from Humboldt State University and my master's degree from Grand Canyon University (GCU). My approach to counseling is person-centered, and I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children and adults from BIPOC communities. With over two years of experience in various settings, I have had the privilege of working with clients who have faced domestic violence, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have received specialized training in crisis intervention, supporting sexual trauma survivors, depression, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and addressing behavioral and school problems, as well as adjustments. I am committed to using my skills to help my clients, personalizing my therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients can work through their challenges and achieve their personal growth.
