I specialize in providing holistic mental health therapy. This means my work with you will look at all factors in your life including environmental, cultural, mental, physical, and spiritual. We will focus on the mind and body connection, honor your strengths, and build new skills to overcome life challenges.
Another expertise of mine is, working with first gen women. Often times there are added stressors, and barriers that first gen women face in society and within their families of origin. As a daughter of an immigrant from El Salvador, it is a population I understand and am passionate about working with.
