Hi! I’m Susana, a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I use a holistic and compassionate approach to support adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and life transitions. As a social worker, I see how individual and systemic change depend on one another, and the power of relationships in supporting both. I view my one-on-one work with clients as part of broader change, and am motivated by witnessing clients create meaningful shifts that ripple through their communities.
I enjoy working with young adults, young professionals, and first gen. Many come from Latinx or multicultural backgrounds, balancing career goals, relationship dynamics, and broader systems. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify meaningful, realistic, and manageable goals. Together, we clarify what truly matters to you, the skills you’d like to strengthen, and the small, intentional steps that can create meaningful shifts toward the life you want to live.
During sessions, I create a warm, collaborative space grounded in a strengths-based, nonjudgmental approach. I honor each person’s unique journey and timing, using active listening and reflection to build insight. Along the way, I offer gentle direction in developing practical skills and taking small, meaningful steps toward values-aligned goals.
Looking forward to connecting!
