She is HAES-aligned, trauma-informed, and trained in maternal and early childhood mental health. As a certified yoga teacher, Stephany integrates gentle mind-body practices that honor the connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Originally from Washington Heights, she now lives in North Carolina and offers telehealth sessions to clients in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida (self-pay for Florida clients; insurance accepted in NC and VA).
Stephany draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting, centering each client’s cultural identity and lived wisdom. Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded—offering both deep compassion and gentle guidance when needed.
