You’ve always been the strong one—the responsible daughter, the emotional support friend, the overachiever at work. On the outside, it looks like you have it all together. But inside? You’re tired. You’re anxious. You feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone’s expectations. And still, it never feels like enough.
You might be the eldest daughter or someone who had to grow up too fast. Maybe you learned how to take care of others before you even knew how to take care of yourself. You became the “good girl,” the one who gets things done, keeps the peace, and doesn’t ask for much. A woman who is both deeply caring and deeply burnt out.
Despite your success, something still feels off. You’re craving peace, clarity, and a life that genuinely feels like your own. A life where you’re not constantly bracing yourself or performing for everyone else.
This is where our work begins.
As your therapist, I hold space for ambitious, soulful women like you who are ready to release the pressure and reconnect with their truth.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for high-functioning women navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, and complex relational wounds. Many of my clients are first-gen daughters, high achievers, or women raised to shrink themselves to survive. In therapy, we begin to unlearn that script.
Our sessions are a blend of deep self-exploration, compassionate insight, and practical tools tailored to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your own story.
Together, we’ll help you:
Untangle from old roles and expectations
Heal the root of your anxiety and overwhelm
Reconnect with your voice, your body, and your power
Finally feel like you’re living—not just surviving
I offer a warm, transparent, and collaborative style of therapy. I’m not a “just mmhmm and nod” kind of therapist; I’m in it with you.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, and offer tools to help you break free from the survival strategies that once kept you safe but now hold you back. I see therapy as sacred, intentional work, and I deeply honor the courage it takes to begin.
A little about me: I’m a first-gen, eldest daughter myself, I come from a mixed culture family, and I know the invisible weight of responsibility firsthand. I’m also a book lover, a spiritual mujer, and a firm believer in rest, pleasure, and reclaiming ease.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, where I now live with my husband, our sweet dog, and our very talkative cotorro. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, y por supuesto Spanglish también.
Sessions are held virtually for your ease and comfort, whether you’re tucked into your favorite cozy corner, parked between meetings, or anywhere you can take a breath and focus on yourself.
If this resonates, I’d love to support you on this path. You don’t have to hold it all alone anymore.
