👋🏽 Hey, I’m Stephanie Olano, Bay Area born and raised, and I’m here for the folks who’ve been told their whole lives that they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “not doing enough”—when in reality, you’ve been carrying way too much for way too long.
Right now, I’m only offering ADHD assessments, online or in-person (Burlingame, CA), because too many BIPOC and neurodivergent folks keep getting misdiagnosed, ignored, or handed advice like “have you tried using a planner?” Nah. We deserve better.
Why I Do This Work
You’ve probably been told some version of “you’re just not trying hard enough” your whole life—by teachers, family, jobs, doctors. Meanwhile, you’re over here doing mental gymnastics just to get through the day.
I got tired of watching folks like us get dismissed or misdiagnosed, so I decided to make it easier.
❌ No jumping through hoops.
❌ No “prove you deserve help” energy here.
✅ Just real assessments by someone who gets it.
What I Help With
I work with Latinx and BIPOC folks who are doing the most—grinding at work, getting degrees, holding it down for your family—and still feeling like you’re falling behind or like you don’t belong in the rooms you fought to get into.

ADHD Assessments (Real Ones)
My ADHD evaluations are:
🗓️ 3 to 5 sessions — online or in-person (Burlingame, CA)
⏱️ Broken into smaller parts because we don’t do three-hour marathons here
❗ Can I prescribe medication? Nope. But I will help you get what you need to advocate for yourself, whether that’s with your boss, your school, or your doctor.
This is for folks who:
