I’m a Nuyorican (born in The Bronx, NY and raised in Philadelphia), now living in El Paso, TX with my husband and our blended family of six! I’m also a military vet. I love to travel and spend quality time with my family. I also enjoy staying active in and out of the gym and I rarely pass up the opportunity for some retail therapy!
I help adults navigate the challenges of stress, depression, anxiety, or major life transitions such as breakups, divorce, or relocation. I am especially passionate about helping those who are struggling to create healthy relationships by guiding them to first love and accept themselves. If you find yourself stuck in cycles of people-pleasing or low self-esteem, I’m here to help you break free, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover your self-worth!
With a psychodynamic orientation, my approach to therapy delves deep into your past, exploring your childhood experiences and uncovering the origins of your conscious and unconscious beliefs. This understanding is essential in breaking free from patterns of accepting less than you deserve in your relationships. I work collaboratively with my clients to set personalized treatment goals that align with where they are in their journey.
My ultimate goal is to empower you to love yourself unapologetically, fostering self-acceptance and confidence. In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up authentically, because I know that true healing begins with authenticity.
