I am a Mexican-American, Xicana Nepantlera, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in grief, loss, and somatic therapy. In practice since 2014—with six years in private practice—I support Latina women, especially professionals in high-stress roles, who are learning to rebuild confidence and self-trust after experiences of trauma and disconnection.
My clinical approach is collaborative, relational, and body-centered. I draw from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), energy psychology, and depth psychology to help clients process childhood trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and confident in your voice.
As a spiritual person, I honor each client’s belief system and, upon request, may integrate ancestral tools, tarot, or chakra healing into our work together. Clients describe my sessions as grounding and empowering—a space where healing doesn’t feel clinical, but sacred.
