I’m a licensed clinical social worker and also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional currently providing therapy via telehealth to clients in California and Florida. My specializations include perinatal mental health, healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, child development, and parenting. I help women who are having a hard time transitioning into motherhood feel excited in their new role without shame, guilt, sadness, and worrying. I am mindful that each client has their own unique needs and base my holistic approach on different treatment modalities to produce positive change.
