I know seeking support can feel a little intimidating at first, because you don’t know what to expect and you’re not used to sharing about yourself to a stranger. I’m proud of you for showing up for yourself today. What if I told you that I am here to hold space, witness and walk alongside you on this healing journey, you don’t have to do it alone. Clients have experienced relief after sharing things they have never shared with anyone before.
I provide a compassionate, culturally affirming, collaborative and non-judgmental space for children, adolescents, and women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, challenges with processing past traumas and navigating everyday life stressors. I use a holistic approach based on your unique needs and life experience, from traditional indigenous wisdom, to evidence based training such as CBT, brainspotting, and incorporating mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation and body movement. I believe emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being are all interconnected. I help you reclaim a sense of self.
As a proud first-gen mujer and eldest daughter of immigrant parents, with indigenous roots from Oaxaca, I understand the complexity of forming your own identity. I understand the silent weight you carry—the pressure to succeed, the expectations to care for others, and the challenge of finding your own voice while honoring your roots. Balancing these worlds can be exhausting, and it’s easy to put yourself last. You are fully deserving and fully capable of living a fulfilling life, one in which you feel safe to express your emotions, unlearn unhealthy relationship patterns, feel more confident day by day and learn to nurture and love all the pieces of you.
