As a bilingual (English/Spanish) trauma specialist, I help support individuals and families heal from grief, domestic violence, abuse and trauma, and other mental health concerns. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS, and offer confidential statewide virtual sessions. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds over the past several years and have specialized training in several modalities (including EMDR, CFTSI and TF-CBT) to help foster lasting healing from the inside out. Supervised by Rachel Yarborough, LPC-S.

Como especialista en trauma bilingüe (inglés/español), ayudo a personas y familias a sanar tras experiencias de duelo, violencia doméstica, abuso, trauma y otras dificultades de salud mental. Acepto seguros Aetna, Cigna y BCBS, y ofrezco sesiones virtuales confidenciales para todo el estado.
