I specialize in issues of attachment and relationship with self and others. I also work with issues of culture, immigration, and healing from generational trauma. I'm trained to support clients who are recovering from codependency and/or narcissistic abuse. If you are struggling with self worth, boundaries, and a pattern of unhealthy relationships, I am here to help! With the right tools you can feel more confident, empowered and at ease. 

I work with individual adults and couples and via telehealth. I am a bicultural, bilingual Spanish speaker born here in the US. I am a graduate of the University of Washington's Master of Social Work program and have worked with Latino adults, youth and families in a variety of settings. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all identities.
