Conscious Healing Therapy provides integrative and individualized therapy for adults anywhere in California, based in Los Angeles. We are dedicated to serving high-achieving women and people of color, college/graduate students, athletes, young professionals, social workers, change-makers, activists and healers. Many of our clients come to us experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, communication issues, relationship difficulties, high levels of stress and burnout, imposter syndrome and trouble adjusting to life transitions. Utilizing a holistic and individualized approach, we help our clients learn to love themselves, recognize their power and intentionally create lives they don’t need to escape from.
