Over the past 10years I have used my clinical training to help individuals, couples and families untangle the scary, messy, and upsetting parts of their lives. As an EMDR trained clinician I utilize this trauma informed approach and other evidence-based modalities to help client process and work through the most challenging events and life transitions that they’ve experienced. Learning strategies to manage your emotions and build healthy relationships can provide you the opportunity to experience depth and breadth of connection. I am currently accepting telehealth only clients for the individuals who reside in the state of California.
