Over the past 9 years I have used my clinical training to help individuals, couples and families untangle the scary, messy, and upsetting parts of their lives. I enjoy empowering individuals to heal from a trauma informed lens and learn healthy strategies of engaging in relationships with self and others. Learning strategies to manage your emotions and build healthy relationships can provide you the opportunity to experience depth and breadth of connection. I am currently accepting telehealth only clients for the individuals who reside in the states of California, District of Columbia and/or Maryland.
