Many Latino adults raised in immigrant families feel torn between honoring their family’s sacrifices and building a life that feels true to them. The pressure of being the first to navigate education and career, tension with family as values shift over time, guilt around boundary setting, and fear of disappointing loved ones can feel heavy and overwhelming — but you don’t have to carry it alone.
I work with first and second generation Latino adults navigating anxiety, depression, cultural & identity stress, and life transition. I provide a space where your experiences are truly seen and understood — because I know how important it is to work with a therapist who shares and understands your culture.
Together, we explore how cultural norms and values shape your beliefs and decisions. We then focus on building practical tools to strengthen boundaries, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and support you in prioritizing your needs. My goal is to help you feel more confident living in alignment with your values while staying connected to your roots.
