My clinical work has centered in community health settings, with a specialized focus on trauma. I understand how trauma can disrupt a person’s sense of safety, impact the nervous system, and shape patterns in relationships. Drawing from attachment theory, we explore how early relational experiences influence present-day connections, emotional responses, and core beliefs about self and others. Together, we work toward developing more secure, stable, and empowering ways of relating.
My therapeutic foundation is rooted in depth psychology, allowing us to examine underlying patterns and unconscious influences that may be contributing to present challenges. I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change.
I strive to walk alongside my clients offering a grounded and compassionate space. Whether you are processing trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, or facing life transitions, you do not have to do it alone.
Mi trabajo clínico se ha desarrollado principalmente en entornos de salud comunitaria, con un enfoque especializado en el trauma. Comprendo cómo el trauma puede alterar la sensación de seguridad de una persona, afectar el sistema nervioso y moldear los patrones en las relaciones.
Desde la teoría del apego, exploramos cómo las experiencias relacionales tempranas influyen en las conexiones actuales, las respuestas emocionales y las creencias fundamentales sobre uno mismo y los demás. Juntos, trabajamos para desarrollar formas de relacionarnos más seguras, estables y fortalecedoras.
Mi enfoque terapéutico tiene sus raíces en la psicología profunda, lo que nos permite examinar patrones subyacentes e influencias inconscientes que pueden estar contribuyendo a los desafíos presentes.
