Attending therapy can make you feel overwhelmed and unsure of the outcome. I like to work with clients through art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. One of my biggest focuses, but not limited to, is working with people who identify as BIPOC, first-generation, and LGBTQIA+.
