I provide services to emerging adults seeking to individuate from their family of origin and working towards defining/creating their own identity. They will be able process and resolve their family history and generational challenges as they work towards defining themselves. These emerging adults will be motivated to engage in processing their traumas and working towards self-exploration. They will be able to discuss their struggle with their own identity in a safe space, where they can embrace their history, accept their present and embrace their journey towards change.
Available for telehealth in California and in-person sessions by appointment in Torrance, CA only.
