Hello! I’m Robin (she/ella), a 1st generation Mexican-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering in-person therapy in Covina/Pasadena, CA and virtual sessions throughout CA.

I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, burnout, remnants of childhood trauma, and navigating dating/relationship challenges. My approach is holistic, culturally responsive, and attachment-based, combining mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic techniques for deeper self-understanding and healing.

  Energy healing promotes a sense of embodiment, relaxation & reduced mental/physical tension supporting a deeper connection to self & can stand alone or supplement psychotherapy.
• Plática (Heart Talk)
  Short-term support for addressing current emotional challenges, fostering compassion, acceptance, and resolution.
