Hello! I’m Robin (she/ella), a 1st generation Mexican-American, Bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Curanderismo/Ancestral Healing Student. I support adults with concerns connected to anxiety resulting from life changes, childhood trauma, & relationship issues.

I use a holistic, attachment-based, somatic-focused and culturally responsive approach to create a nurturing space where compassionate self-inquiry & healing can take place. I believe we hold within us the medicine needed to heal. I would be honored to walk alongside you, as a guide, to a place of embodied resilience where deep understanding of self, purpose, and presence exist.  

Individual Therapy

I support 1st gen/BIPOC folks with symptoms of anxiety to develop a deeper sense of identity by teaching mindfulness skills, practicing self-compassion, improving communication skills, defining needs/boundaries & connecting to their inner knowing for a more embodied & fulfilling life.  

Couples Therapy

I support 1st gen/BIPOC couples in re-establishing emotional safety leading to a deeper sense of connection by identifying the cycle that leads to disconnection, delving into protective patterns creating/maintaining rupture, and developing healthier communication to express boundaries/needs. Through somatic awareness, feeling identification, empathic listening, & validation of emotional experiences we can create a nurturing space where vulnerability & connection thrive.  

Reiki/Energy Limpia

Energy healing is a spiritual and energetic cleansing using different traditional modalities to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit of negative energies. Energy healing promotes a sense of embodiment, relaxation & reduced mental/physical tension supporting a deeper connection to self & can stand alone or supplement psychotherapy.
