As a queer, first-generation Latinx therapist, I am shaped by the stories of migration, resilience, and cultural complexity that live in my lineage.
The eldest daughter of immigrants, I carry with me a deep understanding of what it means to navigate multiple worlds, balancing expectations, identities, and the often-invisible labor of being a bridge between cultures.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can feel fully seen, especially those who, like me, live at the intersections of queerness, neurodivergence, cultural complexity, and intergenerational trauma. My lived experience informs my therapeutic approach, which is rooted in liberation, compassion, and embodied healing.
In my work, I value authenticity, relational depth, and non-pathologizing care. I believe healing is a collaborative and creative process, one where your story, your culture, and your nervous system wisdom are not only welcome, but central.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Women’s and Gender Studies and a Master’s in Social Work, and I am trained in EMDR, Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, integrating experiential and somatic approaches into my work. I am deeply committed to ongoing learning to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
