Hello! I’m Ramona, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health and social services. I specialize in helping people overcome challenges such as anxiety, imposter syndrome, body image distress, and disordered eating. As a therapist and a first-generation daughter of immigrants. My personal journey has led me to unlearn the need for perfection and embrace self-worth, including my relationship with food and body image. You may feel like you don’t belong anywhere or that no matter how hard you try, it still doesn’t cut it. I’ve been there. Every day feels like a grind to just survive. What if I told you, it doesn’t have to be this way. I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and accepted. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will work with you to create a safe and supportive environment where you can comfortably explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to support you on your journey. Through mind-body awareness, you will learn strategies to calm your inner critic, recognize your self-worth, and start living in alignment with your values. Your experience is valid, and you are enough. – Ramona Ramirez-Weza, LICSW
