You don’t have to face it alone. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful healing and lasting change.
I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, military-related concerns, perinatal mental health, and immigrant experiences. My approach is personalized, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and reconnect with your strengths.

La vida puede sentirse difícil cuando atravesamos una pérdida, vivimos una relación abusiva, intentamos equilibrar el trabajo y las responsabilidades diarias, nos adaptamos a la maternidad o paternidad, o enfrentamos dificultades en nuestras relaciones.
