About Priscilla Villalta, RIC

As a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and grow at their own pace. Whether we’re unpacking trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relational difficulties, I tailor the therapeutic process to honor your unique path.

My integrative approach draws from CBT, DBT, family systems therapy, somatic work, shadow work, and play therapy. I believe that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I get creative—meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

What sets me apart is my curiosity and compassion. I don’t shy away from the hard questions, and I’m equally comfortable holding space for laughter. I show up authentically as a human being in the room, because therapy works best when we remember we’re not alone.

I especially enjoy working with teenagers and parents, helping bridge communication and support healing within families. My strengths lie in identifying patterns that shape how we think, feel, and relate—and using those insights to guide meaningful change.

I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
