I am a bilingual, Spanish speaking 2nd-generation Latina psychotherapist familiar with the challenges of being raised in the US with traditions from Latin America. I support individuals of all ages and their families when they are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, accepting or understanding neurodivergence, mood disorders, trauma, parenting, and relationship challenges. Forming a solid foundation in therapy is key. Hopefully, we can do that while setting goals and finding ways to measure progress. I use a combination of different forms of talk therapy but focusing on your strengths, meeting you where you’re at, and challenging to get to a better place are what you can expect from me.
