Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience working with individuals that are dealing with mental health issues from birth to end-of-life. Do you struggle with self-esteem? negative self-image? Maybe you have stopped giving yourself love? Maybe you feel stuck and the images and memories in your mind are not to your liking. As a trauma-informed, mindset-based therapist, my goal is always to allow you to feel safe and heard. I have experience providing services to help those facing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, anger, parenting support, men’s mental health issues, and various other presenting problems. I have experience working with children, adults, and families in both English and Spanish. I am certified in Triple P, and am trained in TF-CBT and EMDR.
